Sleep hygiene is a great part of all treatment plans with all my pediatric patients. 

It’s important that our children get sufficient sleep for memory and development, growth and mental development. They need our guidance and we must stand firm to do so. It’s the best gift we can give our children. It is important to have a good routine of healthy foods and discipline. 

  • Set a sleep schedule and try to keep too it as best possible. 
  • Avoid blue screens and watching stressful action tv before bed time
  • Avoid eating sugary foods before bedtime. 
  • Make sure the bedroom have proper curtains that doesn’t allow too much light in the morning
